課程簡介:
本課程將探討電子商務的現況及未來發展,以及資訊科技在電子商務應用之現況,包含電子商務發展的整體環境因素及個體環境因素、重要的電子商務模式、智慧商務、人工智慧與巨量資料在電子商務之應用、金融科技、消費者行為等。本課程另一重點為探討資管、消費者行為、組織行為等領域理論與模型,以及如何應用這些理論從事電子商務的研究。
This course will discuss the current status and future development of e-commerce, and the current status of applying information technology to e-commerce. Course topics include macro and micro factors of e-commerce development, important e-commerce business models, smart commerce, application of artificial intelligence and big data techniques to e-commerce, FinTech, consumer behaviors, etc. In addition, this course will discuss theories and models in the fields such as information systems, consumer behavior and organizational behavior, and how to apply those theories to conducting e-commerce research.
